iEPB is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Expert to help protect and maximise the impact of its key innovations supporting EPBD implementation across Europe

iEPB project has launched a call for expressions of interest to select an external Intellectual Property Expert to support the project’s sustainability, exploitation and long-term impact activities.

The selected expert will work closely with the iEPB consortium to identify, assess and protect the project’s five Key Exploitable Results. This includes carrying out IP audits and patent landscaping, advising on appropriate IP protection strategies, and providing practical recommendations for ownership, risk management and exploitation pathways.
This assignment plays a crucial role in ensuring that iEPB results can be effectively transferred, replicated and taken up by the market and policy stakeholders, contributing to a more coherent and harmonised implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) across Europe.

The call is open to multiple categories of experts with proven involvement in European R&I projects, and strong expertise in IP strategy and exploitation. Interested experts are invited to submit their expression of interest by compiling this form by January 20, following the instructions provided in the Terms of Reference.
